Because most of the pieces are cast from actual pods, leaves and grasses, there may be slight variables in size and shape. All reasonable care is taken to keep our product descriptions, details and pricing as accurate as possible. If you are unsure of any product details within the range, please contact us immediately.
All pearls and gem stones used in the jewellery are sourced from reliable suppliers. All Lucinda Bell pieces are made from Sterling silver, Bronze or 9ct. gold and do not contain nickel.As each unique piece is hand-crafted, a lead time of 10 days is required for the manufacturing of each order.

Lucinda Bell Jewellery accepts payment with PayFast and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please visit the PayFast website for information regarding payments. (Please note that an additional service fee of up to 5% is charged by this payment gateway.)
We reserve the right to refuse an order if:
a. the product is out of stock
b. we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment.
Please allow 10 days for the creation of each piece and another 2 to 3 days for delivery. We send orders throughout South Africa using a reputable courier. The cost for this service is an additional R75 per order for local (Cape Town) deliveries, and R90 / R120 /R150 per order for national deliveries, depending on the location (Major Centre / Main Centre / Outlying Area).Delivery will only be arranged once payment has been made and the funds confirmed in our Payfast/bank account – you will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched for delivery. Please supply a physical address in order for your parcel to be delivered (no P.O. Boxes please). Cape Town customers have the option of collecting their order from the studio by arrangement.
Care and Repairs
Silver tends to oxidise with time after being worn repeatedly, particularly when exposed to perfumes and lotions. Pieces can be easily cleaned by using a commercially available Silver cloth (Hyperlink?)or, alternatively, by being gently brushed with a toothbrush dipped into hot water with a drop of dishwashing soap and a dash of household ammonia and then dried with a soft cloth. In order to prolong the life of your jewellery, care should be taken not to subject the items to excessive force when putting on, wearing, or removing. Although the greatest care is taken with the manufacturing of each piece, some of the designs are delicate and need to be worn with this in mind.
Any manufacturing fault will be repaired free of charge during the first 3 months after purchase (proof of purchase required). This excludes chains. Customers outside of Cape Town will be responsible for postage costs required to return the item.
Return and Exchanges
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you receive an item that you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange an exchange. The original item must be unworn and undamaged, and still in its original packaging. We shall have no obligation to exchange any item returned after this 7 day return period.
Products excluded from exchange are Special Orders, Custom-made Jewellery and Sale items. You will be responsible for the return postage costs, and we will not be liable for items lost or damaged in the return post. Please make sure you protect the product sufficiently when reposting. The exchange item will be processed as a new order and standard delivery costs and times will apply.
